Isn't it a pleasure to applaud debut efforts, especially, to make feature films in the film industry? Making a full-length film can be quite a daunting task! Was happy and honored to be the chief guest at the trailer release function of Love you too, my friend Yogee Qumaar's debut feature film as director.
I could feel the thrill, the excitement each member of the team had experienced as they spoke about the passionate efforts they had put in to make the film - a film dealing with a delicate subject, a roaring, seemingly unapologetic extramarital affair. I admire your courage, Yogee, for dealing with such a controversial topic in your debut as director! The film also marks the debut as an actor of noted choreographer Aata Sandeep. Full marks to you and Aata Sandeep for roping in Shyam Tummalapalli, a DOP of high calibre and Saketh Komanduri, a very creative music composer.
NONE of the team members have met in person, Shrikkanth Keerthy, the US-based producer of the film - an important point made by each and every member of the team. All their interactions with him had been through video calls and audio calls. Three cheers to modern technology and many more cheers to Shrikkanth Keerthy for reposing that kind of awesome trust in the team behind the movie!
